What do free properties show me?

Free properties show address, beds, baths, sqft, list price, basic photos, and the AI renovation decision (RENOVATE / BORDERLINE / SKIP). That's enough to decide if a deal is interesting. When you want the full scoop — scope of work, cost estimates, comps, ARV, deal calculator — you use a property credit ($2.99–$0.99 depending on volume) to unlock it.
Why is there a 30-property monthly cap on the free tier?

AI analysis costs real money per property. If we gave unlimited free analysis to every agent, the costs would crush us — and we'd be forced into a $99/month subscription model like everyone else. The 30-property cap keeps the platform free forever. Every free agent sees the same 30 properties (delivered one per day), so you're not competing with anyone — and we can keep serving you at zero cost until you close.
Can I get more than 30 properties per month?

Yes. Buy a property credit pack: $2.99 each for 1–10, down to $0.99 each at 250+. Pro tier gets 15% off, Elite gets 30% off. Or upgrade to Pro ($499/mo) for unlimited unlocks with 0% referral fee.
What's included in the free marketing kit?

Every property (free or unlocked) comes with: a social media card, a PDF flyer, a pre-written email blurb, and 3 variants of caption copy. All watermarked with your photo, name, and brokerage automatically. Premium add-ons are available for video walkthroughs ($49), renovation renders ($5–$9.99), and managed ad campaigns ($499).
How does the 20% referral fee work?

When your investor client closes a deal through the platform, we take 20% of your commission. On a $300K deal at 3% ($9,000 commission), our fee is $1,800 — you keep $7,200. Compare that to Zillow's 35% referral fee or the industry standard of 25%. If that feels high, Pro ($499/mo) gives you unlimited deals with a 0% referral fee — keep 100%.
Can I white-label the platform for my brokerage?

Yes. $2,499 one-time setup. You get your own subdomain (yourteam.relaxingbeachinvestor.com), your logo and colors everywhere, and your investors see your brand — not ours. Optional $499/month for managed advertising on your behalf. Elite tier ($999/mo) includes white-label at no extra charge.
Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Free tier is forever with no obligation. Monthly Pro or Elite plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can be pro-rated on exit. We win when you close deals — not when you're stuck in a contract.
